We make every effort to ensure your item arrives in the best possible condition, however if you feel your item is faulty please contact us by emailing with a description of the fault and pictures to info@dropworkscustoms.com

 

Apparel items have a 30 day return policy

We're aware that sometimes clothes don't fit, so we offer a 30-day return policy. This is how to go about making a refund...

When returning goods to us we strongly advise you to send parcels back using a tracked service (such as Royal Mail signed for) to guarantee that we receive it. If we do not get your package, we cannot be held liable.

If you are for any reason unhappy with the products you have received, we will happily issue a replacement or refund. If your goods are returned to us unworn, with original tags/labels and in their original resalable condition within 30 days of placing your order.

PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SET UP A RETURN, WE WILL GIVE YOU ALL THE INFO YOU NEED AND THE RELEVANT ADRESS YOU NEED TO SEND YOUR PARCEL TO.

EMAIL - info@dropworkscustoms.com - PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER AND EXPLANATION AS TO WHY YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN.

The cost of returning goods to us is YOUR responsibility unless we deem the product faulty - if so, we will reimburse your returned postage cost. Once we have received your returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 24 hours. We won't charge you anything extra for posting an exchanged item back to you.
